Women (both mothers and non-parents alike) and the organisations they work for are paying hefty penalties!

As they struggle to find balance, deal with bias, and tackle other pressures, women's mental, emotional, and physical health often suffers, making it feel impossible to reach their potential as Leaders. Many women therefore scale back, and even exit careers they would have preferred to keep progressing in - costing them, and their employers greatly.

Join us for this in-person event on Thursday 29th February in London to explore what can be done to address this, and inspire inclusion that minimises these penalties, and therefore maximises profits

The event also marks the release by HarperCollins Publishers of "The Future is Greater" written by Award-Winning Leadership Adviser and Executive Coach Maxine Nwaneri, who is passionate about helping women and the organisations they work for overcome these challenges.

We look forward to you joining us for some light refreshments and brilliant conversations!

Registration is Now Closed.
